What is the processing time?
The normal processing time is 1-7 business days including Monday through Friday. Business days do not include holidays, weekends and Sunday. Due to Covid-19 protocols, additional time may be required of processing.

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasoning. Please be sure to check thoroughly that you are selecting the right color, size and item prior to placing order. All shoes are true to size, if you like a little space we recommend going up a size.

All sales are final unless there’s an issue or damage on our end. You will be allotted three consecutive days to reach out via email for any concerns. The issue will be resolved in a timely manner once evaluated by our staff. After three consecutive days, we are no longer accepting any claims for merchandise.

Be sure to place your correct address upon checkout. If items are returned to us, we will apply a $5.99 shipping fee to be paid from intended customer. We do not give refunds for this issue, once package is received we will begin process for reshipment.
